Memberships includes your initial visit, follow up visits, lab test, injections or oral medication (depending on which plan you choose), and a weekly fat burner injection. You will be taught how to self inject by the provider.
Does not include primary care services. If you would like to add this, it is $85 per month (so make sure you select DPC with your plan). Otherwise, you will need to make sure you have your own PCP.
The Tirzepatide membership listed here is up to 7.5 mg per week, after this the pricing increases. If you are on a higher dose, you will need to call us to sign up (602) 344-9737
