Tirzepatide injection is used to treat obesity (zepbound). It is used together with diet and exercise to help with weight loss. Tirzapatide is a glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist, that induces weight loss by controlling appetite and slowing down gut motility. There are 3 ways we can help you, see below!
This option is great for those in which insurance does not cover weight loss, or it is not affordable. You pay $400/month (up to 7.5 mg) at 10 mg and up, the cost increases to $500-$700/month. It includes everything, new initial visit, initial labs, injections (tirzepatide and B12), follow up visits, and follow up labs.

*If you want to upgrade to the super b shot, it is only $15/shot. We also have glutathione, discounted to $25/shot for members!
*This cost benefit is for new members who are not currently on the injections. If you are on the injections already, a la carte is the option for you.
Use Your Insurance
Does your insurance cover weight loss? If so, you can use your insurance for your initial visit, follow up visits, initial labs, follow up labs, and we can send the script in to your pharmacy of choice.
*if you have a high deductible, you will be responsible for paying for the visits ($125 initial visit, $75 for follow ups, so check your deductible first.
*If insurance does not cover the injections, you can use your insurance for the visit, and pay cash for the injections, at our a la carte price.
*B12 shots are not included, but are only $25 per shot, and the super B is $40 per shot, oh and we have Glutathione too for $35 per shot!!
A La Carte
This option is great for those who cannot afford a large sum of payment at once.
$125 initial visit. Labs are $99, and then you pay $100 per week for the injection (up to 7.5 mg). 10 mg and up, cost increase to $125-$175.
If you are on Tirzepatide, had labs within the last 6 months, and looking to continue with us, you will just need to pay the initial visit fee ($125) and injection cost. $100-$175/week depending on your dose.
We usually do follow up and labs, around 2-3 month range, labs will run $50, follow up $75.
