We are a direct primary care organization in the greater phoenix area. At Daisy Family Health Care, we will take care of your primary care needs, all while offering integrative, holistic, and functional alternative healthcare services that provide options to help you feel good from the inside out.

Our membership does include a multivitamin for our adult members. This is a professional grade multivitamin that we take ourselves.

We have learned and must understand that some people cannot afford DPC and insurance, and our help is needed in the community. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (Includes Anthem), United Health Care, and Aetna. Just understand that if you have a high deductible (more than $1500 per person), DPC might be your better option, because you will be responsible for paying for the visit, up until your deductible amount, so look into it. The DPC membership is less than $1000 per year, (paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annually), and includes some labs, all your visits, and discount on additional labs, and our services.
