The provider-patient relationship is just as the name suggests – direct. With a Direct primary care membership, we work directly with the patient. Your primary care needs are covered with an affordable monthly fee.

Our main focus is to keep our members healthy, but we do treat a variety of health problems. So we offer several membership options. Preventative care is paramount and all patients begin with a comprehensive physical and labs. Below is a list of some of the conditions we treat as well.

• Chronic Condition Management: diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, weight management, depression, arthritis, acne, eczema, asthma, COPD, allergies, smoking cessation. We can prescribe medications via our in house dispensary, or send in a script. You will save money getting your scripts from us. We also have natural protocols for some conditions, so you can be treated that way if you desire…you have options!!

• Acute illnesses: colds, flu, strep, pneumonia, UTIs, ear aches, skin infections, rashes, allergic reactions.

• Injuries: sprains, strains, lacerations, abrasions, insect bites.
