For hypertension, depression, diabetes, this is good for a one time prescription fill until you can get into your PCP. Regular monitoring is needed to treat these chronic conditions. We have two clinic locations, one in Glendale, and one in Goodyear…we can be your PCP :)

-Unlimited 24⁄7 virtual care
-You’ll get a diagnosis, prescription (when appropriate) and doctor’s note - even if it is the middle of the night.
All of this for $50 per month for adults and $20 per month for children (there is a $100 enrollment fee for your kit to be mailed to you).
-Wireless ear scope for at-home ear/nose/throat exams
-Pulse oximeter to assess heartrate, oxygen, and breathing
-Oral thermometer -just in case you don’t have one at home
-Automatic Blood Pressure Cuff (adult members only)

It is only $85 per month for adults and $25 per month for children.
