You made a great decision. You get full access to our services, which means you begin with a full head to toe comprehensive physical and labs.

Then you have unlimited visits, which can be conducted in the clinic, by camera, or over the phone. Our focus is keeping you healthy.

We recommend all members to either have health insurance or be part of a health share, this will cover you if you need to have a major surgery, or if you get admitted to the hospital, as we do not have hospital or surgical privileges.

Our services work great with a high deductible plan or a health share plan. We have teamed up with Zion Health and they offer savings to our members who join.

Shall you need anything else…we negotiated the cost.

We have access to get your routine medications at cost (which may save you upwards of 50%), if we cannot beat the price, we can send your script to the pharmacy and send a goodrx coupon as well.

Supplements, homeopathy, vitamin infusions, hormone replacement therapy are discounted for members.

What to expect as a new member?

-As a member, you will receive over 60 lab markers included. These labs include a CBC, CMP, A1C, Lipid panel, Insulin, CRP, CRP (cardiac), TSH, ESR, RF, CEA, ANA, CA-125 TPO, Homocysteine, G6PD, Lipoprotein A, Thyroglobulin Antibody, TPO Antibody, Free T4, Free T3, T3 Uptake, Estradiol, Free Testosterone, DHEA-S, Progesterone, Iron, Ferritin, B12, Folate, Vitamin D. This will be done on your first visit, so make sure you only have water 8-12 hours before your first visit. If you shall need any other labs, we have a contract with LabCorp for the best prices!

Specialty testing such as gut testing, toxicity testing, sensitivity testing, etc is not included, but discounted for our members.

We are transparent with our pricing to our members, so we will be able to let you know the cost.

-A follow up visit is conducted two weeks later to review your labs. When we do the follow up, the plan will include any concerns found, our recommended medications, supplements, etc and with goal(s) as well.

We will be in touch within 48 hours to schedule your intake visit

Your first visit must be in person, and will be a morning visit because we need you to have nothing but water after midnight.

Functional medicine is extensive, there will be several intakes.

You will receive your basic intake forms via email or text

(check your junk folder).

You will also receive an email from FM Logics, please complete at least 24 hours before your appointment.

You will get an invite to the spruce app, where we communicate with members.
