12 WEEK METABOLIC DETOX PROGRAM.
The 12-week program is a comprehensive…hit the reset button program. You will not only detox your body…you will detox your mind. Are you ready to feel better than ever? This is a group program, but I assure you, you will feel like I am only working with you. For the first month, you will a full metabolic detox. This program is ideal for those who present with decreased vitality, individuals who eat a diet heavy in processed foods and/or lacking in beneficial phytonutrients, or those who have a sedentary or high stress lifestyle. You will then transition to a 3 Month supply of whole food vitamins, while maintaining and following a real food program. Meal planning, grocery shopping guidance, and pantry clear out is included in the program. You will learn how to decrease inflammation in your body. This is not a weigh loss program, but weight loss happens naturally.
This includes our signature group health coaching. It is designed to tear down your walls to find the core, and connect with others who are going through the same struggle. We'll unpack everything in your personal and professional life and help you learn ways to implement healthier options. It is not only about the food you eat, that is secondary...We have primary foods, which will be addressed in the program as well.
This program is designed to bring you to the deepest understanding of yourself that most people never experience in their entire lives. For 12 weeks, you'll go on a reflective and reformative journey that will completely revolutionize how you view yourself and your world. In this program we will be using the 21 day purification program from standard process.

- Initial coach session is 60-75 minutes, group sessions are 50-60 minutes. So please plan accordingly.
-Each program begins the first Sunday of January and June, times are 10 am or 10 pm (mountain time)
You must sign up at least 4 weeks before the program starts to get your labs done, do your private session, and get your kit in the mail.
