Our mission at Daisy Family Health is to provide an avenue of health care services on a personal level.
Our focus is on prevention and wellness. When you begin with wellness and preventing diseases from happening in the first place, you are partnering with your provider to take an active part in your health. So you will see us take a more integrative approach to managing your health. We love to discuss a more holistic way to provide care...you will get that vibe when you walk in our clinic.
Comprehensive annual physical, well checkups, and evidenced based guidance from your provider. In the state of Arizona, NP's are allowed to provide care without a physician, but be rest assured we have several physicians as mentoring partners.
We believe that patient care takes a team effort. Your health is our top priority.
Feeling sick? We can usually get you in for an appointment the same day or next day, depending on your symptoms.
Sometimes you may just need a phone call and not a clinic visit. Need to get on the camera? We can do that too.
One stop wellness for the whole family at a fair price. Parents and their children deserve access to healthcare. Let us help you on your health journey. We welcome, men, women and children and cannot wait to become your partner in health.
Comprehensive management of chronic diseases such as hypertension, COPD, diabetes, renal disease, cholesterol and more. We want to try and keep you healthy as possible.
Please do not be surprised if we are telling you to rub ginger essential oil with peppermint on your stomach for nausea, or if we are offering you homeopathy drops for your anxiety. We may also talk about ways to treat your cholesterol naturally.

The misuse of and addiction to opioids—including prescritpion pain relievers, heroin, and synthetic opioids such as fentanyl—is a serious national crisis that affects public health as well as social and economic welfare.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that the total "economic burden" of prescription opioid misuse alone in the United States is $78.5 billion a year, including the costs of healthcare, lost productivity, addiction treatment, and criminal justice involvement
More than 30 percent of overdoses involving opioids also involve benzodiazepines, a type of prescription sedative commonly prescribed for anxiety or to help with insomnia.
Benzodiazepines (sometimes called "benzos") work to calm or sedate a person, by raising the level of the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA in the brain. Common benzodiazepines include diazepam (Valium), alprazolam (Xanax), and clonazepam (Klonopin), among others.
Every day, more than 115 Americans die after overdosing on opioids. However, between 1996 and 2013, the number of adults who filled a benzodiazepine prescription increased by 67%, from 8.1 million to 13.5 million.
Unfortunately, many people are prescribed both drugs simultaneously. In a study of over 300,000 continuously insured patients receiving opioid prescriptions between 2001 and 2013, the percentage of persons also prescribed benzodiazepines rose to 17 percent in 2013 from nine percent in 2001.
